Nutrition
- Drink a lot of water ~ half your body weight in ounces is a great place to start
- Focus on clean eating (lean meats/non-animal protein, complex carbs & healthy fats) and limit processed foods
- Eat small meals throughout the day, eating every 3-4 hours
- Prepare your meals ahead of time
- Be creative ~ most meals or desserts can be made in a healthier way
Exercise
- Determine your fitness goals and pick a program that you enjoy
- Find a workout buddy or someone you can be accountable to
- Take before/after photos to see results ~ let your clothes and what you see in the mirror determine how you feel about your progress, the scale is not always good indicator of progress being made
At Home Workout
- 60 sec Bodyweight squats
- 60 sec High Knees
- 60 sec Pushups
- 60 sec Mountain Climbers
- 60 sec Burpees
Get an App on your phone or set a timer. Complete 2-5 rounds with little or no rest

- 10-12 reps Leg Press x3
- 10-12 reps Bench Press x3
- 10-12 reps Seated cable Rows x3
- 10-12 reps Shoulder Press x3
- 10-12 reps Lunges x3
- 10-12 reps Lat Pull Downs x3
- 10-12 reps Lateral Raises x3
- 10-12 reps Bicep Curls x3
- 10-12 reps Push Ups x3
